A trained XR technician comes to you with all the equipment needed for your immersive journey. You provided the space and electricity. Sessions last for about 40 minutes each and can accommodate one to four travelers currently.

Conclusions: Early results suggest VR reminiscence therapy is a technology with far-reaching potential to improve the lives of people with dementia. “I was not familiar with the use of advanced technology in dementia care and was uncertain to how participants would respond to the therapy. Each week they were eager to come back and use the VR device again. We were able to curate the therapies to their needs and interests, making it unique for each participant." We offer 2 types of 40 minute VR travel experiences for up to 4 travelers at a time

Type 1: Immersive 360 Video Tours

Experience breathtaking destinations in stunning 360-degree video. These tours offer a serene, yet captivating journey through real-world locations like the Grand Canyon, Eiffel Tower, or a beautiful rain forest. With 3 degrees of freedom, you can look around in any direction, feeling as if you're truly there. This mellow user experience allows you to sit back in your chair and soak in the sights and sounds of amazing places, all from the comfort of your own location.

Type 2: Interactive Global Exploration

Embark on a more dynamic and immersive virtual adventure powered by Google Earth and Street View. This experience offers 6 degrees of freedom, allowing you to actively move around and navigate 3D spaces. Soaring over cities in Google Earth mode or explore among buildings and landmarks. Or, transport yourself to Google Street View level, moving from one location to another as if you're really there. The freedom to explore the location from various positions creates an engaging and interactive global journey for a truly memory inducing experience.

1 VR traveler cost per session

Our technician needs approximately 15 minutes to setup and the session last for approximately 40 minutes

NOTE: Our technician provides all the equipment necessary including Wi-Fi. We will need to verify we have a good connection first before we setup. We require a clear space between 12x12 to 20x20 feet depending on the amount of headsets being used at one time. We require that a client guardian or caregiver be present during the entire session as well. Not only for everyone's safety but so they can also be a part of the experience by watching the session on our remote viewing screen and be able to converse with the client afterwards about the VR travel experience.
